Campaigns
Every 25 days something big happens on Kestrel. For five days, for everyone from level 5, in five stages that grow harder.
How a campaign works
When a campaign opens you get an announcement. The first stage's enemies appear at your camp: landing UFOs, aliens coming for you, a giant worm, wasps, golems or machines. In a gather campaign meteorites strike, and you mine them with a pickaxe.
Once everything of a stage is taken out or mined, you get that stage's reward, and eight minutes later the next stage begins with more and tougher enemies. The top bar shows a chip with the stage and what is left; tap it for the story, the rewards per stage and the main prize.
Fighting together
Several crew members striking the same enemy bring it down together: three people do it three times as fast as one. A spear helps, a turret more, and from a window your crew fire out while no enemy can fire in.
Whoever is hit loses health; a medical bed and a medical scanner put the wounded back on their feet. A campaign you do not finish costs you nothing: you keep the rewards of the stages you did clear.
The main prize
Finish all five stages and you get rare materials (duskorite, titanium, chips) and up to a hundred coins, plus a trophy that stands at the edge of camp. Trophies cannot be built, only earned.
The ranking has a Trophies tab: whoever has finished the most campaigns tops it.
The year
Fourteen campaigns take turns: UFO invasion, Alien invasion, The great worm, Meteor storm, The swarm, Stone golems, Machine uprising, Night of lights, The falling sky, The twin worms, Hive summer, The armada, The golem king and The last landing. The first begins on October 1st, 2026.
